As we begin processing orders with meticulous care within 1-2 days, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted. We recommend reviewing your items and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

We are proud to offer global delivery to bring celebration to your doorstep worldwide. Please note, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to ship to select remote regions and parts of Asia.

We offer two refined shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (Curated for Timely Elegance): Partnering with DHL or FedEx, delivery is within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.

Complimentary Shipping (Thoughtful & Unhurried): For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery is within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch. The delivery timelines mentioned above begin once your order leaves our atelier.
Example: For Standard Shipping, your order would typically arrive within 11-17 total business days from the date of order.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery for each piece, items from a single order may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

Your satisfaction is paramount. We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
