We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to individual monitor settings. All items are subject to availability.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We will confirm your order via email.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is debited from your account at the time of order placement.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. Shipping options and timelines are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 USD via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. All shipments are trackable. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Items

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most full-price items within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Final Sale Items

To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our special occasion wear, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bridal Separates (due to custom nature and frequent alterations).
• Ball Gowns & Ceremony dresses (special occasion couture).
• Bridal Party attire ordered in bulk for a specific event.
• Any item marked “Final Sale” at purchase.

Process & Refunds

To initiate a return or exchange, contact [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. You will receive an RMA number and instructions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. For exchanges, new items will be shipped promptly upon approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

SACHIN & BABI, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the site or services.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
